Set timer Set a timer for your meditation, so that you don't have to keep checking the clock. Fix a time for meditation By meditating at the same time every day you will develop a habit. If you don't fix a particular time for meditation in your routine then there are high chances of you forgetting to meditate. The ideal time is in the morning however, based on your schedule, you could fix a time for yourself. Count your breaths Count one as you take first breath and continue till 10 and repeat. Concentrate on your breath as it comes in.

Keep your eyes closed Close your eyes and focus your concentration on your breath. And then slowly concentrate on what you can sense and hear. Repeat this process.
