Here's a few Health Tips that can help you stay healthy, fit & energetic!

 

1. Walk atleast 8000 Steps Daily!

2. Drink Green Tea - 2-3 Cups per day

3. Improve your Digestion by carefully choosing your diet

4. Detox your body. One way could be to drink lots of water.

5. Eat more of protein & exercise your core muscles!

6. Have a hearty breakfast and a lean dinner!

7. Warm Lemon & Ginger water with a dash of honey in the morning.

8. Stay active to boost metabolism!

9. Supplement your diet with lot of fish if you are a non-vegetarian.

10. Reduce your Sugar intake where possible, look for substitutes like honey or jaggery!
